This is a contract for the construction of 7 no. precast concrete panel lift shafts and stairwells in one of the residential blocks to be constructed by Michael McNamara and Company at Elm Park, Dublin.   The work consists of:

 

Erection of 8 floors of precast components to form a lift shaft.   This includes placing the stairs and landings to the lift shafts.
